Any child who has been pulled up for being messy is going to love this story.

Dirt, grime and children somehow go hand in hand. Kids believe in the maxim, ‘daag ache hote hain,’ as in a popular TV advertisement. They love playing in muddy puddles, draw on walls and absolutely revel in dropping food on their clothes and on floors. Being messy comes to kids as naturally as breathing does to an adult.
And how do grown-ups react? They play spoilsport, and scold, punish, reprimand or wallop the hapless innocent little ones.

In this over the top icky, yucky, mucky, tale when, the Maharaja of Ickhtarpur, who sports a king sized moustache and lives in a perfectly messy palace and has perfectly disgusting table manners, sets off to look for an equally disgusting bride, the question on everyone’s lips is, “will he or won’t he?”

Children are going to slurp it all up and revel in the whackiness of it all.

The book is well designed with interesting font variations. The illustrations complement the text beautifully, making it a book that is yuckily funny from start to finish!
