Make. Do. Be. is a DIY book for kids with a difference. As, I flipped through the pages, I realized far from being just an activity book, it also introduces children to wonderful people who have made their hobbies their profession. What a great inspiration for children to dirty their hands and indulge in the array of activities inspired by the personalities portrayed; from the world of fashion, art, linguistics, theatre, photography, culinary and more. Activities that will engage them today and, who knows, perhaps inspire them to make it their future.

All in all, it is a lovely book, most apt for the lazy days of summer holidays for kids of all ages, in which kids instead of complaining of boredom, can scout around the house for handy materials, such as coffee powder and raddi paper, harness their imagination and express their individuality to create works of art - be it a garden, clothes, a play, or, even write their names or that of their friends in creative typography!
